The enforcement of Efficient Management of Electrical Energy Regulations 2008 (EMEER 2008) by Energy Commission since 2008 has required affected facilities to manage their energy consumption efficiently through the appointment of Registered Electrical Energy Manager (REEM) as the competent person to perform duties and functions as described in the regulations. The REEM is expected to be the focal point at the installation to ensure energy is being managed efficiently which will lead to the identification of energy conservation

potentials to be implemented to reduce the energy consumption of the facilities. We are keen to assist our clients by proposing a designed energy management program at a specified time period which we strongly believe will enable them to sustain efficient energy management initiatives to achieve targeted energy cost reductions and continue complying with EMEER 2008 with their own in-house REEM after the agreed period.

Assist and provide expert advice the client to develop and implement energy management system (EnMS) to enable them to manage their energy efficiently and to achieve energy saving targets through adoption of recognized EnMS standard, efficient operations and application of energy efficient technologies.

Identify competency requirements and develop in-house competencies through specially designed trainings and workshops on topics such as energy management, energy auditing, energy saving measures, financial analysis for energy saving projects, performance measurement and monitoring etc.

Our REEM will be a mentor to the personnel assigned to monitor for continual improvement of the system that has been development and implemented at the facilities.

Deployment of experienced and competent registered electrical energy manager to engage with the client.

Training on the use of Energy Management Information System(EMIS) for designated personnel at the installation for the mandatory reporting to the Energy Commission.

Conducting training in effective energy review based on data required in EMIS to establish energy baseline, energy performance indicator and energy baseload for energy performance monitoring and verification.

Evaluation and verification of data and information submitted by the installation in EMIS for every six-month and the acknowledgment through Form B for the mandatory reporting to the Energy Commission.

Develop in-house capacity to implement and sustain energy management and energy efficiency initiatives in the organization and to comply to Efficient Management of Electrical Energy Regulations 2008 requirements in a long term.
